- Discounts must be applied at time of registration, no refunds or credits will be issued for discount after initial registration.

Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation fee of $250 is charged prior to 2 weeks before the event (May 5, 2008 or before)
- No refund on cancellations after May 5, 2008
- Substitution is subject to $250 administration fee
- In the event of a personal/family emergency such as death or illness, please contact Clasma Events
